Tyrone DuBose is a highly acclaimed American radio personality, actor, voice artist, and television contributor, best known for his extensive knowledge of R&B music history. With a career spanning over two decades, DuBose has become a prominent figure in the radio and entertainment industry.

DuBose’s love for music started at an early age, and he pursued his passion by studying the history of R&B music. He has been recognized for his exceptional work as an R&B historian, winning numerous awards, including five R&B Historian Awards, including The Black Music Awards. In addition, he received a lifetime achievement award from UVIEW Media Group in Los Angeles, California.

DuBose began his radio career in 2003 at KHWY in Barstow, California, where he hosted his own show, which focused on R&B music. Since then, he has become a daily contributor on The Sheryl Underwood Radio Show, a nationally syndicated talk show, and a show contributor on the hour-long music documentary program, Unsung, that airs on TV One.
